Movement Therapy

Movement Therapy is a way of being--in movement, the essence of any lifestyle, to achieve feelings of well-being, focus, peace of mind, clarity of purpose, the ability to manifest purposefully, and the list of life enhancements goes on.  Free movement on energetic levels induce and release unconditional love for ourselves and others.

Movement Therapy is for all ages and abilities.  The focus of movement is on all levels of being--movement of the physical body, movement of energy within the body's circulatory system, movement of the mind into higher vibrations of thought-through breathing, Massage, while induced into conscious Meditation, re-awakening of the Chakra system which are in essence the energy vortexes that connect the physcial, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.  They are located within and without our aura.  The Chakric system is related to the senses, specific organs, and our gifted abilities- of which we may not be aware, but once opened they become revealed to you.  The opening of these chakras can be felt, and experienced more profoundly with expanding practice, and manifests the energies which allow you to exude happiness and free yourself of un-serving patterns which have led to the perception of lack and dis-ease affecting all aspects of your being. Movement connects you to your higher-selves, allowing you to forgive yourself, and then others, Activation of the DNA and the ability unite as one to create a world good for and to all. Movement toward higher vibrations and reconnection with your birth right of Divinity as you travel along the path on your journey to ascension.

  • Loose comfortable clothing, which will allow for freedom of movement
  • Yoga or exercise mat; strap and/or blocks if physically challenged
  • Pillow or cushion
  • Note book or Journal
  • Bottle of water
  • Willingness, Allowing, and an Open mind
  • Something to share: Bag of tea, poem, good thought, acceptance
