SELF BOOKING DIRECTIONS

1) Check the JIW MASTER CALENDER by Clicking on the AGENDA tab for the best view. Choose an appointment time showing 'OPEN' in Astoria or KG-Kew Gardens. Please book 2 days but only 2 weeks in advance only.

2) Then, in the GOOGLE CALENDER below that--Log In using Email: jiw.sb.appts@gmail.com Password: Welcome1
Important Note: If you have a Google Account, you MUST be LOGGED -OFF in order to sign-in under another account.

3) Click on one of the DEMO APPTS (if you want more detailed directions). Otherwise just Scroll down to 'QUICK ADD' and for your protection and to insure your privacy--place your First name BUT only your Last Int'l (Jane D.), then (SB) for self-booking, the time indicating am/pm (8am, 9:00-10:30am ect..), and the mo/day format.
This conforms with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule.

4) JIW checks this calender several times daily, and will be notified of your request. You will be contacted at our earliest convenience to confirm your appointment.
